If you materially reduce your IDEXX Points- earning rate or otherwise breach this Agreement and we are unable to resolve the matter amicably in what we believe is
a reasonable timeframe, IDEXX reserves all rights available at law or in equity, including, but not limited to, termination of this Agreement, in which case your ability to earn IDEXX Points under this Agreement will immediately cease, as well as repayment of the IDEXX Points Award.
