 Pitaya Protein Balls
 Healthy snack when your busy or post sport.
RECIPE
Ingredients
1x Banana
2 cups frozen Pitaya
1/4 cup Dates
1/2 cup Almond meal
1/2 cup 100% Cacao powder
1/4 cup Lucuma powder (natural sweetener) 1 tblspn Vanilla extract
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1 tspn Cinnamon
Optional-1 tspn Coffee
Decoration(s):-
Coconut shredded
Crushed peanuts
Crushed Pistachios
Cacao powder
Method
Combine in a food processor (microwave frozen Pitaya) or mash in a bowl all ingredients, roll into balls and cover with desired decoration (If balls aren’t moist enough add water). Refrigerate to set. Enjoy the nutritional benefits. Your body will love you!
