 Zoodles with Avocado & Basil Pesto
Vegan, raw, plant based and delicious!
RECIPE
Ingredients
. 4 Zucchini . 1 Avocado plus extra to decorate . 1/4 cup Pine Nuts
. Bunch fresh Basil
. 1/2 Lemon Juice
. Can organic Chick Peas
. Rock Salt
. Black Pepper . 1/4 to 1/2 cup Olive Oil
. 4 Garlic cloves (optional roasted in oven)
. Sesame Seeds Black to decorate . Optional-Chilli in pesto & decorate
Method
Make Zucchini zoodles.
Blend Pesto ingredients. Then microwave zoodles & pesto sauce for 3 minutes and sprinkle sesame, serve. Enjoy the nutritional benefits, your body will love you!
