 Healthy and delicious! Ingredients selected specifically for weight loss.
RECIPE
Ingredients
. Carrots x 4-6
. Potatoes x 2-4
. Onion x 1
. Leek x 1
. Celery x 6 sticks
. Lentil Soup Mix (1 cup)
. Vegetable Stock (4 cups)
. Water (5 cups)
. Coriander to serve
Tablespoon of all spices/herbs except cayenne unless you like it hot ! . Black Pepper
. Nigella seeds
. Cayenne
. Turmeric
. Cinnamon
. Cardamom
. Rosemary
. Cumin
. Salt
Method
Bring all the ingredients to the boil in a pot and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Tastes better than it looks! Serve with coriander.
