Objectives 5. New shortcuts are being added.

To enhance the process efficiency by adding shortcuts and adjusting the resolution at Fast Track Claims

Input screen in Claims Table.

Scope

A. Changing the Fast track claim input screen by moving

& compressing columns to appropriate resolution.

B. Adding short cut keys to maneuver the cursor.
6. New SF reason added and some SF reason are modified.
C. Adding tab at Fast track claim input screen – Search for claims navigation.

D. Place of cursor when open a claim.

E. Update of shortfall reasons.

Changes have been done

1. New buttons are added for easy navigation between vouchers (shortcuts are Alt+E & Alt+B)

2. All non-used columns in Amend window are being moved to the end.

3. When you open a rework and/or ICD-coded claim. You will find automatically the cursor at first

column & first line to amend.

4. Some SF codes are being copied to all line items once you click “Apply to all line items” unlike to our

previous practice. SF codes are (148, 137, 79, 77)
