▪ 6. I teach from where the learners are, in other words, gaps in learning are
        addressed and moments of learning are opportunities that are taken up to
        explore the children’s interest curiosity. Before I introduce any topic or unit to
        learners I begin by finding out what they know about that topic and what might
        excite them, then I build up from where they are and ensure that both myself
        and the learners move in the same pace, and also proving them with enough time
        to research about the topic and get their own understanding.


        ▪ 8. As an ideal teacher they venture to know learners content holistically. And
        for the context of the classroom learners are stimulated with questions in
        attempts to bridge present and future knowledge and To identify the gap that
        should be merged. Once identified teachers The content taught is one that
        fosters 21st century skills that improve learners viability for the 4th industrial
        revolution.

        ▪ 10teachers are capable of finding varied resources that allow them  to deliver
        content even outside the classroom.  Since the school allows learners to come to
        school with their tablets at the school premises the are able to use mobile
        applications such as Nearpod in order to integrate learners into the content
        which is delivered within the classroom and outside. In most cases, learners had
        to work in groups and use their creativity to complete some of the activities.
