SURFACE TORQUE VERIFICATION UNIT
The Surface Torque Verification Unit is a portable
device built for calibration and verification of torque
tool rated to class 1 - 7 torque. It is capable of reading
up to 33,895 Nm of torque.
The unit is used to give pre-dive surface confirmation of the torque tool
calibration. It consists of a standard ISO class 1-4, 5, 6 or 7 torque reaction
buckets with a sturdy base and built in torque sensor. The buckets are built
with appropriate materials and have been tested to withstand torque of up
to 34,000Nm.
Included in the package is the TR150 handheld torque reader. The TR150
is a completely portable, precision instrument packaged in a small, robust
IP65 rated enclosure. The TR150 accepts an input range of up to 50mV/V
and has optional RS232 communications. Handheld Indicator
