transformed heart! Absent of this HOLY decree, as time

passes, and society changes, so too can the political,
social, and legislative edicts previously instituted.

Culture change without a heart change - Even though
some of these secular solutions may result in “positive”

change, such as Civil Rights Legislation, as culture
becomes increasingly anti-GOD, the good that resulted

from these, can be eradicated with the stroke of a pen.

The dilemma is that while culture change may have been

achieved, the heart remains unchanged. Proverbs 23:7a
states that, as he thinks in his heart, so is he. In this case,

if a sinful racist heart remains unchanged, even though
the behavior is altered, the sin yet persists. The solution

is not permanent. This renders political, social, and
legislative solutions dangerously temporary. They are
the breeding ground for expectation denied. Tragically,

secular solutions generate a false hope.
