Progressives are now pushing the idea of expanding
SCOTUS from the present nine judge court to at
least fifteen or more – once they regain power. If
successful, the course of America could tilt to favor
Liberal Progressive agendas forever. Such plans will

allow the margin of constitutionalist judges to be
nullified by adding activist judges that favor the
“Liberal Progressive” plans. The greater the number
of justices, the harder it becomes to change the
balance of power. The judiciary system has long
favored “Liberal Progressive” issues.

17. Count “Non-Citizens” in Census [123] - Every ten years
the US conducts a census for purposes of
apportioning legislative representation and federal
dollars. Traditionally, the number of legislators that
each state receives has been based on its number of
resident citizens. Socialist Progressives favor using
total resident count including non-citizens to make

such determinations. Counting illegal residents as
part of this determinant is a key to their strategy for
gaining dominant control of the US House of
Representatives. It is perceived that states with
large populations of illegal residents tend to vote
overwhelmingly in their favor. Thus far, the DNC

and its PACS have successfully litigated this issue
through the lower level courts. All questions relating
to citizenship have been blocked. That battle ended
in the June 2019 SCOTUS decision. This means that
states that are now sheltering large populations of
