that new voter registrants must show proof of
citizenship. Their efforts have recently been
successful with rulings of liberal judges. A Federal
judge from the 10th District Federal Court of Appeals
recently issued a ruling that prohibited Kansas,
Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, and
Utah from requiring citizenship proof by voter
registrants [109] . If this ruling stands, it is likely that all
states will be forced to conform. Status: Great
success; recent legal victories.
9. Allow voter registration up to Election Day – this
provision is designed to boost success in close
elections. When evidence suggests that a candidate
is in jeopardy of losing, last-minute voter
registration drives can be far more easily mobilized.
This practice greatly facilitates emergency efforts for
mobilizing additional votes needed to secure wins in
close elections.
10. Count votes cast after polls are closed – such
practice reeks of the potential for fraud. The idea is
“when your candidate is losing, keep casting votes
until the win is secured.” What is the need for such
a provision when early voting is legal in every state?
11. Expand Statehoods to areas where large majorities
favor Progressive ideologies. Socialist Progressives
have voiced plans to extend statehood to relatively
small geographic areas; District of Columbia, and
Puerto Rica which are dominated by Progressive
leaning voters. The likely result, four more Senate
