referred to as SCOTUS) rendered a decision that
could change such appeals. They ruled that
gerrymandering complaints have no basis in federal
courts. Rather, such disputes should be settled in the
political arenas of states. This decision could prove

to be a boon for Socialist Progressive candidates who
gain control in a state. They could have unchecked
power to draw voting districts to favor their
powerbase. Status: SCOTUS ruling of June 2019
               allows gerrymandering.

            2. Eliminate Voter ID – This is a popular ploy that goes
against common sense for protecting the integrity of
elections. Virtually all people have some form of ID
that they can present to prove their right to vote. By
eliminating this provision, it becomes much easier for
ineligible votes to be cast. Given that detection of
fraudulent voters is difficult, without a Voter ID, it
will be nearly impossible to verify who is actually
voting. The casting of illegal votes undermines the

one-person, one-vote rule of law that is essential for
preserving our Republic. Thus far, Federal Appeals
Courts are favoring virtually all challenges that seek
               to overturn Voter ID laws.
Status: Likely to be decided by SCOTUS.

            3. Reform the Electoral College – Most Progressives are
pushing this idea. The National Popular Vote
movement cannot take effect until it is enacted by a
sufficient number of states that collectively possess
270 of the total 538 electoral votes. It has already
been enacted into law in 16 states which together
