voter choices. Status: Ongoing effort enjoying
significant progress.
14. Eliminate Signature checking of submitting ballots
at voting stations. This eases the potential for fraud.
15. Legal challenges to voter suppression – Progressive
Democrats are quick to mount legal challenges to
ensure that all votes cast for their candidate will be
counted. However, such contentions must center
on whether votes are legal. This is another ruse that
undermines the validity of elections. That was the
case in the recent gubernatorial elections that were
held in both Georgia and Florida. Prompt legal
challenges were filed; rulings upheld the counted
results. However, both candidates still claim that
had all votes been counted, their party would have
won. The problem is the uncounted votes were
ruled as invalid votes. Such claims instill discontent
and distrust among voters. The US House recently
passed Voter Reform H.R.1 which contained anti-
voter suppression provisions.
Status: Expect frequent ongoing challenges to
elections.
16. Expand and pack SCOTUS – this is a stated objective
that has become a loyalty pledge of Progressive
candidates for high office. With the recent
successes of adding constitutionalist judges,
