Nowhere in the Bible does GOD sanction “Separation of
Church from State.” In fact, it was often the Kings and
the Priest that prophets were called to admonish. The
prophets were often major thorns in the sides of both
the Kings and Priests of their days. The result of silence

is apostasy! Laws that undermine religious freedom
lead to deeper apostasy.

Apostasy and the “Falling Away” lead to Ecumenicalism

- Today, church attendance is declining dramatically.
Clearly, we are living in the time that the Bible refers to
as “the great falling away (II Thessalonians. 2:3) and
apostasy (I Timothy 4:1-5).” The end result of
widespread apostasy is bondage. The Socialist agenda
seeks to dictate religious thought. As pressures force
churches to adhere to laws like the “Equality” Act (H.R.
5) [9-12] , they will have no choice but to temper their
teachings to comply. Such practices will lead churches

into ecumenicalism in order to survive. Ecumenicalism
morphs into the “One World” religion that will prevail in
the last days (Rev. 13:11-18).

Persecution - A very unpleasant byproduct of apostasy is
the persecutions that will soon be thrusted on faithful
evangelicals (John 15:20-21, Mat. 5:11-12). The Bible is
clear; both the faithful and casual believers will share in
the punishments that GOD levies on nations.

Many will opt to conform to the imposed “politically
correct” edicts and rulings of the state. This is the time
when all faithful Christians must stand strong to restrain
the current and future evils that are coming.
