fulfilled on October 13, 2004 when the Sanhedrin
Council of the Jewish nation was reconstituted. That day
marked the first time their council had met since the
year 425 AD, a time lapse of more than 1,600 years. That
ceremony took place in Tiberius, a city which is located

on the western shore of the Sea of Galilee. Tiberius was
the site of the council’s last meeting in 425 AD. This
fulfillment signals one more step toward the
construction of a Jewish temple in Jerusalem.

[Ezek. 36:2-11] – foretells that Palestinians will covet
Jerusalem as their Capital. True to Ezekiel’s prophecy, a
central element of today’s hostilities traces to
Palestinian’s desire that Jerusalem, or at least part, be
set aside as their capital city. However, these words of
Ezekiel’s prophecy make it clear; the Will of GOD stands
firmly with Israel.

[Zephaniah 2:4] – foretells that Gaza will be forsaken.
“For Gaza shall be forsaken, and Ashkelon desolate; they

shall drive out Ashdod at noon day, and Ekron shall be
uprooted”. The area known as the Gaza strip was
recaptured by Israel in the 1967 War. In 2005, Ariel
Sharon agreed to forsake these lands when he agreed to
vacate the strip, remove Jewish settlements, and return
control to Palestinians. After Israel’s disengagement
from Gaza, Hamas won a majority control of the
Palestinian legislative body in 2006. Hamas has since

been the source of constant rocket and missile attacks
directed into Israel. The prophet Joel revealed GOD’s
admonishment; those who divide HIS lands risk HIS
judgment (Joel 3:2). Not long after Ariel Sharon gave up
