Jonathon Cahn, a world renowned Messianic Rabbi and
Prophecy scholar recently released an exceptional book,
“The Oracle” [27] in which he details why this measurer
was likely Charles Warren, a British Officer, a member of
the Royal Engineers who came to excavate and measure

Jerusalem in the year 1867. Warren came to Jerusalem
at the prophetically coincidental time when Mark Twain
was making his famous tour of the desolated lands (in
fulfillment of Moses’ prophecy given in Deut. 29:22-29).

Clearly, Zechariah’s prophecy “Jerusalem shall be
inhabited as towns without walls, because of the
multitude of men and livestock” has been and continues
to be fulfilled. Today, Jerusalem’s population has
expanded far beyond its original walls. The continued
return of Jews back to Israel has led to a continuously
expanding population that not only has exceeded the
available space in Jerusalem, but is also throughout

            Israel.

Zechariah’s prophecy is an important condition that is
foretold in the future Ezekiel 38 War that will occur

during the latter days that lead into the last days.
Specifically, Ezekiel’s prophecy states, “I will go to a
peaceful people, who dwell safely, all of them dwelling
without walls, and having neither bars nor gates”
            (Ezekiel 38:11).

[Is. 60:8-10, Is. 61:4-7] Isaiah’s prophecy that Gentiles
will fly into Israel and support their commerce continues
to be fulfilled in a huge way. Today, millions of
Christians and other tourists from nations all across the
