• Altitude Off Road: They do customization of 4 wheel vehicles. Their mission statement is: Altitude O -road is committed to providing new wheelers, weekend warriors, and hardcore o -road enthusiasts with practical yet rugged solutions to build the rig of their dreams.
• iMotion: They are a manufacturer’s representative serving the OEM motion control industry in the Rocky Mountain Region.
• Edward’s Stone: Edward’s Stone is a leader in producing and selling quality natural thin and full venestone. Edward’s Stone currently operates multiple production facilities that allows production of 20,000 to 25,000 square feet of natural stone each week - giving them the ability to logistically support any project size.
Currently there is a new two-story building under construction and appears to be ready for occupancy within a few weeks. According to Nick Hier, Project Manager, the shell of this structure is complete and will have approximately 8,500 square feet of  ex space. As a matter of fact, they refer to this building as the “ ex” building. The interior of the building will be  nished and available for occupancy in early May 2020. The plan is for Ninja Intensity to move from 158 Caprice Court in Castle Rock, to this new building where they will have more space to expand. Ninja Intensity is an obstacle training gym that o ers ninja warrior classes from ages 4 to adults and hosts birthday parties for large and small groups. Students in the Ninja Warrior Classes will be introduced to all of the staple obstacles such as the Warped Wall, Spider Wall, Salmon Ladder, and many more. Students are instructed on how to complete each obstacle with di erent techniques. These classes are focused on heavy cardio and muscular endurance workouts. In addition to scheduled classes, this facility will o er open gym times. These are intended for those who have previous knowledge and experience with obstacles and are looking for a place to train.
New Automotive Repair Shop Coming to Castle Rock. Solar Automotive will be moving into this newly constructed building located just north of the World Compass Academy. This new auto repair shop will open on February 3, 2020. Solar Automotive is not a franchise automotive repair facility, but is privately owned and operated. They will do the standard oil changes, brakes, wheel alignments, engine repairs, general preventative maintenance, etc. on nearly all makes and models. In addition, they will service both hybrid vehicles and electrical cars. Stop by during their grand opening and see what they have to o er!
U-Haul Self Storage and Rental will be located adjacent to the Personal Warehouse complex. Construction is well underway and they have already completed the grading and infrastructure of the building and storage facilities. Once completed, it will provide yet another option for folks who are looking to store their items or rent large and small UHaul Trucks or trailers. This new business is expected to open by mid summer 2020. Once complete, they will o er climate controlled self- storage with 24 hour access. Castle Rock seems to be getting a lot of self storage facilities.
