On a mission
The Faith Community Health Program of Baylor Scott &
White seeks to share in the work of empowering local faith communities to foster health and wellness. We are committed to serving people of all faiths and those of none. Our program serves everyone regardless of race, religion, or creed.
Faith Community Health is a branch of the Faith in Action Initiative through the Office of Mission and Ministry at Baylor Scott & White Health. Our goal is to help people reach optimal health by integrating faith communities with healthcare in order to provide more effective patient navigation, education, and support in hopes of creating healthier communities.
Faith Community Health is a rapidly growing area of healthcare that focuses on empowering faith communities toward health and healing in terms of body, mind, and spirit.
