A letter from the program manager
Dear Supporters of Faith Community Health,
We are proud to present the Faith Community Health 2018 Impact Report. The program has grown by 50% in faith community partners, patients, and volunteers. We have also increased the number of locations throughout the Baylor Scott & White Health system.
Our hearts are full of appreciation and gratitude for the many prayers, words of encouragement, and support you have blessed us with this past year. Through your gifts, volunteer support, and dedication, many patients experienced better health and comfort through your acts of ministry. You do make a huge difference to their quality of life and health and we want to say a heartfelt thank you.
As we move forward, we will continue strengthening relationships with faith communities and the development of church health ministries. We also will concentrate on increasing patient referrals through health care professionals, chaplains, and our the frequent utilizers of our emergency rooms.
Thank you very much for the commitment, loyalty, and passionate dedication that you share with us. We ask for your continued prayer and support as we expand to patients all over Texas. This is God’s work and we are grateful you have chosen to heed His call and be the hands and feet of Jesus.
Blessings,
Donna Stauber, Ph.D.
