In an effort to stay true to our mission, we’ve
developed seven philosophies that we call our
Guiding Principles. Our principles serve as a daily
reminder that our core values will remain intact
regardless of our triumphs, trials, change or
growth and allow us to continue working toward
the same goals.
Our Guiding Principles keep us on track, focused
and fulfilled so that we’re able to continue our
work in creating an organization where everyone
- our Clients, Staff, Customers, Vendors, Volun-
teers and our Community can succeed. We hope
you will see the results of this each time you par-
ticipate in a BARC event, visit our campus or
donate to our programs.
