SAFETY is at the forefront of everything we do at
BARC. We create a SAFE working environment
where team members are trained to identify and ad-
dress potential hazards. We come to work rested,
ready to concentrate on SAFELY performing each
task. We are actively involved in each other’s
SAFETY so we can go home healthy each night to
