Golden Soup
USING LIQUIDISER Melt the butter.
OR COLANDER AND SIEVE Add the onion and cook for 2 or 3 minutes

Serves 4 Pour back into the saucepan to reheat
before serving - garnished with chopped
parsley.
Split Pea Soup
USING LIQUIDISER Place split peas in the liquidiser and grind

Serves 4-6 Switch to maximum speed and blend for
one minute.
Pour back into the saucepan with any
remaining milk and add salt and pepper to
taste.
Reheat before serving with fried croutons.
