expressed verbally or in writing during Parliament
meetings as long as it is not contrary to the Rules of
Procedure and Code of Conduct.
Right of expression
The right of expression is the right of the DPR to
express an opinion on:
Government policies or extraordinary events
that occur in the homeland or in the world
Follow up on the implementation of the right of
interpellation and the right of inquiry
Allegations that the President and/or Vice
President have violated the law in the form of
treason against the state, corruption, bribery,
other serious crimes, or engaged in disgraceful
acts, and/or the President and/or Vice President
no longer meet the requirements as President
and/or Vice President.
