Member Obligations
Members of the DPR have the following obligations:
firmly hold and practice Pancasila
implement the 1945 Constitution of the
Republic of Indonesia and comply with laws and
regulations
retain and maintain the harmony and integrity of
the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia
prioritize the interests of the state above
personal, group, and party interests,
fight for improved welfare of the people,
obey principle of democracy in the administration
of state government,
obey the rules and code of conduct,
maintain ethics and norms in working
relationships with other institutions,
absorb and collect the aspirations of the
