Cheese and Jam bites (Spoon Sticks)

                                                                                 Ingredients:

                                                                                 275g cake flour                         250g butter / margarine (room
                                                                                 2ml salt                                temperature)
                                                                                 1ml baking powder                       60ml fine apricot jam
                                                                                 250g fine grated cheddar cheese




                                                                                 Preparation:


                                                                                 1. Sift flour, salt and baking powder

                                                                                 2. Add cheese mix into a dough
                                                                                 3. Roll into balls

                                                                                 4. Pierce each ball with stem from a wooden spoon
                                                                                 5. After a hole is made in each ball it should be filled with the apricot jam.

                                                                                 6. Bake for about 15min at 200°C
