Tomato Pasta

                                                                                 • 1 large tomato or 2 medium size       • 2 tsp oregano
                                                                                 • 3 tablespoon tomato paste             • 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup if
                                                                                 • 5 cloves of chopped garlic               desired to be sweeter.
                                                                                 • 1 medium chopped white onion          • Pinch of salt and pepper
                                                                                 • 1\4 cup warm water                    • 1\2 pack of pasta
                                                                                 • 2 tsp olive oil
                                                                                 • 5 mushrooms chopped
