One Pan Baked Chicken And Potatoes

                                                                                Ingredients:

                                                                                 •  Olive oil - 2 Tbsp                    •   Dried oregano – 2 tsp
                                                                                 •  Mixture of bone-in chicken            •   Fresh thyme finely chopped - 2
                                                                                    thighs and drumsticks – 8                 tsp
                                                                                 •  Baby potatoes cleaned, cut in         •   Lemon juice – 1 tsp
                                                                                    half or quarters - 450 Grams          •   Paprika – ½ tsp
                                                                                 •  Red onion peeled and roughly          •   Salt and ground black pepper (to
                                                                                    chopped - 1                               taste)
                                                                                 •  Cloves garlic minced - 2

                                                                                 Preparation:

                                                                                1. Preheat the oven to 220 ◦C (425 ◦F).
                                                                                2. Oil a baking pan or baking sheet.

                                                                                3. Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl. Then spread them out onto the
                                                                                   prepared baking pan.

                                                                                4. Place into oven and roast for 45 minutes or until the chicken is completely
                                                                                   cooked through.
                                                                                5. Serve it immediately. Garnish with thyme, if desired.
