                                                                                 Boneless Beef – ½ Kg                     Star Anise – 1
                                                                                 Ghee – 2 to 3 tbs                        Black Cardamom – 1
                                                                                 Oil – 2 tbs                              Green Cardamom – 4 to 5
                                                                                 Onion – sliced 4 large                   Cloves – 4 to 5
                                                                                 Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbs              Cinnamon stick – 2 small
                                                                                 Tomatoes – 2 large                       pieces
                                                                                 Fresh Ginger – 1 inch                    Bay leaf – 1
                                                                                 Basmati Rice – 1 and ½ cups              Meat Masala – 1 tbs
                                                                                 (soaked 30 minutes and boiled            Yogurt – ½ cup
                                                                                 with salt & whole spices)                Lemon – 1
                                                                                 Red Chili Powder – 1 tbs or as           Coriander leaves – ½ bunch
                                                                                 per your taste                           Mint leaves – 1 cup
                                                                                 Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp                  Yellow food color – ¼ tsp
                                                                                 Coriander Powder – 1 tbs                 Cashew nuts – 2 tbs
                                                                                 Salt – 1 tbs or as per your taste        Raisins – 2 tbs
                                                                                 Black Pepper Corns – ½ tsp
