Macarona bel bechamel

                                                                                 Butter- 100 gms                          Cinnamon powder- 1 tbsp.
                                                                                 Tomato Sauce                             Salt- as required
                                                                                 Ground Beef- 500 gms                     Macaroni pasta- 1 packet
                                                                                 Spices- As per your flavor
                                                                                Preparation:

                                                                                •   Make the meat filling - cook ground beef or lamb with spices, onions, garlic,
                                                                                    and tomato sauce.
                                                                                •   Cook pasta, slightly less than the package says to cook it. Once assembled
                                                                                    this will get baked for about an hour, and you don’t want your pasta to be
                                                                                    mushy by the time it’s done.
                                                                                •   To make bechamel sauce, melt butter in a large pot, and add flour,
                                                                                    continuously whisking until it turns golden and develops a nutty aroma. At
                                                                                    that point begin adding milk, bit by bit, whisking after each addition. Once
                                                                                    all the milk is added, season the bechamel sauce and bring to a boil and
                                                                                    turn off the heat. Then, add a couple of beaten eggs to this mixture to help
                                                                                    hold together when it is cut at the end.
                                                                                •   Layer the dish - put some of the bechamel sauce and then put layer of half
                                                                                    the pasta into baking dish. Spread half the pasta into baking dish , Add the
                                                                                    meat layer,  add the rest of the pasta , cover with
                                                                                    remaining bechamel sauce.
                                                                                •   Bake for about 45 minutes
