                                                                                 2 cans of chickpeas or 500 G of         2 cubes of ice
                                                                                 boiled chickpeas                        ¼ cup of water
                                                                                 1 large avocado                         2 tbs of tahini
                                                                                 1 lemon                                 Olive oil for topping
                                                                                 Garlic (as desired)                     Parsley for decorating plate
                                                                                 1 tsp of salt                           Paprika for decorating plate


                                                                                 Preparation:

                                                                                 1. Add all the ingredients in a blender, leave the ice cubes out until the
                                                                                    hummus almost becomes like a paste then add the cubes of ice and blend
                                                                                    again. Blend until you get the smoothness you like. Your salt and garlic will
                                                                                    be as you desire.
                                                                                 2. Pour your hummus in a plate then drizzle some olive oil, sprinkle some
                                                                                    paprika and a small bunch of parsley in the middle of the plate. (As seen in
                                                                                    the image.)
