Soft and Fluffy Buns

2 cups warm water 5 cups flour
2 tbsp yeast 3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp milk powder ½ tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
2. Take water, yeast, sugar, 2 cups of flour and milk powder in a bowl and mix
well. Rest it for 10 mins
3. Into this bowl, add the remaining 3 cups of flour, oil and salt.
4. Knead all the ingredients together for 10 mins until a soft dough is formed.
5. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
6. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll (it can be stuffed)
7. Cover and rest for 10 mins.
8. Give the buns an egg wash + black pepper and sprinkle sesame.
9. Cut parchment paper for the trays.
10.Bake in the preheated oven until golden-brown.
11.When baked, brush with butter.
