Baked Salmon

                                                                                Ingredients:


                                                                                 • Medium slices of Salmon                • Graded 2-3 Garlic cloves
                                                                                 • 2-3 Lemons                             • Half Teaspoon Black pepper power
                                                                                 • Baby onions and baby potatoes          • Oil to lightly sprinkle
                                                                                 • Fresh Dill                             • Salt as needed




                                                                                 Preparation:

                                                                                1. Squeeze lemons - mix lemon juice with black pepper
                                                                                2. Add graded garlic, salt - make a mixture
                                                                                3. Marinate Salmon with the lemon mixture. Also add baby onion and potatoes to it
                                                                                   (refrigerate overnight)
                                                                                Bake:
                                                                                1. Pre-heat the oven on 180 degrees
                                                                                2. Spray some oil in a baking dish/ glassware
                                                                                3. Place lemon slices and sprinkle dill and put the salmon and vegetables over
                                                                                4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for half an hour
                                                                                5. Broil for about 3 minutes to get the golden finish
                                                                                6. Serve hot
