                                                                                 1 cup of sour cream
                                                                                 ½ cup of mayonnaise
                                                                                 1 tablespoon grated onion
                                                                                 2 teaspoons or less of parsley
                                                                                 1 teaspoon or more of dill seed




                                                                                 Preparation:

                                                                                 1. Mix all ingredients and store in refrigerator for a while before dipping.

                                                                                 2. Serve with a platter of cut up vegetables – celery, cauliflower, cucumber,
                                                                                    broccoli – whatever your favourites are.
