Ras malai

                                                                                For dough/balls:                          For milk:
                                                                                • 1 cup milk powder                       • 1 liter of milk
                                                                                • 1 egg                                   • 1 cup sugar (adjust according to
                                                                                • 1 teaspoon baking powder                   how sweet you want)
                                                                                • 1 tablespoon melted butter              • 3 cardamoms
                                                                                                                          For garnish: 15 chopped almonds,
                                                                                                                          15 chopped pistachios,saffron(little)




                                                                                Cooking method:                          minutes. Refrigerate for 4 – 5
                                                                                                                         hours. For best results refrigerate it
                                                                                1. For the dough add 1 cup of            overnight.
                                                                                   milk powder, 1 egg,1 tsp baking
                                                                                   powder and 1 tbsp melted butter in 3. Traaaaa yummy Ras malai is ready
