         Walk With Me,TLE! for The Learning Experience School (TLE) is a walk that was started by four Carrollton freshmen in 2011,
         and continued by senior Carolina Prado who is also the dub president. O n Sunday, March 26, 2017* the Carrollton TLE Club
         hosted the 6th Annual Walk with Me, TLE! event benefiting children with developmental disabilities. With the support o f students
         from surrounding schools, over 700 volunteers and participants enjoyed a beautiful day walking, Zumba dancing, and developing
         friendships. All proceeds go to the technology department at The Learning Experience School.





         The Casserole Project

         For the past 7 years, members o f the Carrollton Casserole Project have been preparing nutritious,, home-cooked meals for the homeless at G ift o f .
         Hope, a shelter and soup kitchen run by the Missionaries o f Charity, St. Teresa o f Calcutta's religious order. Through this, effort, Carrollton families bring
         to life the  Third G oal o fa  Sacred H eart Education - a social awareness th a t impels to  action, by supporting the labor o f love and evangelization o f Saint
         Teresa's order.

      I   Gabriela Garity '20, president o f the Carrollton Casserole Club in the High School, has been coordinating the school-wide project since 2012.

      I   Four Sacred Heart Alumnae come to the Missionaries' every Tuesday to  serve the homeless. Dolores Mendoza, Carrollton Class o f  1972, explains:  "I
      I   started with community service at Carrollton. We always had to go somewhere. Saturday it was the migrants, on Wednesdays it was Centro Mater or
      I   other places,,. Since I'm retired, l.get to come here now. I urge all the girls to  continue to do their community service because it really helps you in the
      I   ftitore, inwhat ydu are going to 'do to help our world."
