Hatcher has spearheaded the inclusive innovation and startup movement within the Miami Startup ecosystem, through a focus on getting marginalized
jroups to become major players in the innovation economy.
Jub members, Seniors Kaela Makins, Kint isa Hallmon, Meagan Hepburn and Tatyana Minnis, served as the student panel. Topics included discussion on
he different worlds we all inhabit as members o f a diverse community and how we can share and learn from our experiences.
