The f {Biff School sophomore class
             hosted a much
                      l u r c h anticipated day filled with fun
and games on Friday, November 19, 1999.
The theme of this year’s Field Day was
             “Master of Ceremonies.” The sophomores
played the roles of various artists such as
Romv and Michelle, TLC, N ’SYNC and re
enacted performances from “A Night at the
Roxbury.” Their singing and humorous skit
hyped up the students’ participation for the
             rest of the day.
                  Displaying great Blue/Gold Spirit, the
students participated in games such as tug-of-
war, angels in the outfield, and name-that-tune
in order to get the most points for their
             teams.
At the end of the day, the Gold Team’s
cheers made it evident that they had finally
overcome their two-year losing streak by
finally defeating the Blue Team. “It was time
we won,” said juniors and Gold Team captains
             Nani Ruiz and Veronica Alvarez.
It is safe to say, however, that both the
Blue Team and Gold Team were winners after
displaying amazing team spirit and endurance.
