On Halloween morning, small witches, prin­
cesses, genies, and pumpkins paraded through the halls
of the High School. The annual parade of the primary
students on this day was gladly welcomed by the High
School. Not only did the primary classes dress up for
Halloween, the high school students also came in
costume. Some costumes featured were The Jackson
Five, Richard Simmons, cows, M&Ms, and cowgirls.
To enhance the festivities in the High School,
there were many other activities that took place such
as bobbing for apples, a pie eating contest, and a
contest for best costume. The winner of the best
costume contest was junior Erica Guzman and her
little dog Prince. Erica dressed up as Dorothy, while
Prince played the role of Toto from the movie “The
Wizard of O z.”
