On January 26th, 2007 the seventh
grade went on a spiritual retreat. It was
a break from school and a time for each
individual to find out who they are and
how they can improve themselves. In this
time the students connected with each other
and made new friendships with people they
least expected. It was a time for conflicts to
be resolved, to learn better ways to respond
to some circumstances, how to become more
united as a group and to act responsibly
as an individual. It was a favorable and
exuberant experience for the students.

From participating in various activities to
communicating with our peers, the Junior High
retreats are a great way to have a closer relationship
with God. The retreats strengthen us spiritually by
teaching us that we will always have a place in God's
heart. During the retreats we have group conversations
to build new friendships and pray. Retreats are a
fundamental time that we take to get to know ourselves,
others, and God.
