Criteria
1) Skills needed to build community are
taught and opportunities to exercise those
skills are provided.
2) School policies and practices are estab­
lished and reviewed in the light of Christian
principles.
3) The school provides experiences of di­
versity which are designed to develop an
understanding and appreciation of various
races, religions, and cultures.
4) An effective financial aid program sup­
ports socio-economic diversity.
5) The life of the school community is de­
signed by an understanding of the pur­
poses and evolving tradition of Sacred
Heart education.
6) The school participates actively in the
national and international network of Sa­
cred Heart schools.
7) The program is designed to help stu­
dents take their places as responsible citi­
zens in an independent world.
