Criteria
1) Skills needed to build community are
taught and opportunities to exercise those
skills are provided.
2) School policies and practices are estab
lished and reviewed in the light of Christian
principles.
3) The school provides experiences of di
versity which are designed to develop an
understanding and appreciation of various
races, religions, and cultures.
4) An effective financial aid program sup
ports socio-economic diversity.
5) The life of the school community is de
signed by an understanding of the pur
poses and evolving tradition of Sacred
Heart education.
6) The school participates actively in the
national and international network of Sa
cred Heart schools.
7) The program is designed to help stu
dents take their places as responsible citi
zens in an independent world.
