Practice Task 2a: recognising your own positions
Keep a diary for a week – each day, tick against any positions you took.
Then have a think:
➢ What does your diary tell you about the positions you take?
➢ Were there any patterns?
➢ What happened just before you fell into some positions?
➢ Did you manage to shift positions at all?
What do you know now about the positions you take?
What would you like to have happen now? What would you like
to be the same / different?
