       1.    Talk to friends and family and explain about the Positions.

       2.    Share strategies for shifting into Positive Positions when things go wrong.
       3.    Practise some of the strategies they suggest. If it doesn’t work, try another one.

       4.    Jot down or draw in the hexagons below anything that worked well for you.
