                      It is helpful to keep thinking about what you need to be at your brain best.































                      This means you will be able to prepare to be at your best rather than












                      leaving it to chance.

                      ▪ Do you get enough sleep?




















                      ▪ Do you get enough physical exercise? If you dislike sports, is there a













                                        different type of exercise that might suit you?





















                      ▪ Do you have enough time away from a screen?




















                      ▪ Do you stay on screen because it is a less challenging way to connect













                                        with people than in person?




















                      ▪ If meeting in person is less easy than screen, what would make it easier?













                                        How could you help yourself? How could other people help you?
