                          4. Keep with your Prickle
                                                          Catching Strategy:
                              ▪ Practise a strategy for ‘catching the prickle’ and self-soothing,
                                                rather than letting the unpleasant feeling control you.
                              ▪ Work with your Mum to rehearse events which make you feel
                                                very prickly. Imagine you are at school and a teacher is being
                                                really rude to you. What reaction would be best for you?
                                                Practise ‘catching the prickle’. What strategy could you use?
                              ▪ Once you are calm, practise explaining your unmet need and
                                                what would help you feel better. Think through the 5C Needs.
