     Extend your tolerance control

Whenever you get that unpleasant

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 the unpleasant feeling will not last

Remind yourself of every benefit of
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 staying calm and taking control of
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 your brain.

Focus on sticking in the Growth Zone.
