4. If we don’t get enough of these Feel Good Chemicals we can
feel bad and be more vulnerable to stress.
Our body may go into a stress response (e.g. fight, flight) or
we may subconsciously be driven to get that Feel Good
Chemical in any way possible – whether helpful or
unhelpful for us, our future or those around us.
5. When someone is ‘free’ we mean they are free from
stressors. This means that they feel great and can do well.
