Learning about Safety Strengths
We talked again about how when our 5C Needs are not met,
stress chemicals are released - our brain presses the emergency
button.
The brain then gets really good at
all the skills we need to keep safe.
We can train our brain to notice
the physical feeling we get when
things are not ok and to check if it
is REAL danger.
