                                   The first step is to find the best way for you to feel soothed.






































                                   We are all different. Some people self-soothe best by looking at a photo


















                                   or smelling a fragrance which reminds them that they are loved.







































                                   Other people find listening to a piece of music helps them feel soothed.


















                                   Other people prefer movement. Some people like to wrap themselves in


















                                   a blanket or body sock – it helps them to feel cosy and safe.
