How strong are your brain habits?
I explained how the things we say and do can become strong brain
habits.
We can have helpful habits and unhelpful habits.
Habits are a bit like if someone put threads of cotton around your
hands: the more threads they tie, the stronger the hold and the more
difficult it would be to break.
Helpful AND unhelpful habits can become strong.
The good news is that we can change those habits.
It just takes lots of practice! We will look at that more next time.
