     What is Cognitive Empathy?
      Daniel Goleman, in his 1995 book Emotional Intelligence, describes Cognitive
      Empathy as the skill of creating a mental understanding of another person's
      experience.’
      “Knowing how the other person feels and what they might be thinking.
      Sometimes called perspective-taking.”
      This can also be referred to as ‘Theory of Mind’.
