What is Cognitive Empathy?
Also known as ‘Theory of Mind’, a classic
test to assess a child’s cognitive empathy is
the ‘Sally-Anne Test’
Theory of Mind is a common difficulty for
some neurotypes, particularly those with
cognitive rigidity, frequently seen in autistic
individuals.
